Processing your resident visa through the Alberta Provincial Nominee Program (AINP) involves two different processes: One with the provincial government, and another with the federal government. We have a wealth of experience dealing with the different provincial nominee programs.
You are protected; we are Certified Canadian Immigration Consultants, members of CSIC (the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants). We can represent you before Citizenship and Immigration Canada in order to obtain your permanent resident visa.
The AINP is an immigration program operated on behalf of the Government of Alberta by the Ministry of Employment and Immigration in conjunction with Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) to expedite the processing of an application for permanent residence.
Who can apply?
Employees:
a) You have a permanent, full-time job offer from an Alberta employer in a skilled occupation (NOC 0, A, B) e.g. cooks, chefs, trades,computer programmers, etc...
b) You have a permanent, full-time job offer from an Alberta employer in a semi-skilled position e.g. food and beverage servers, room attendants, front desk agents, shipper and receivers, machining tool operators, etc...
Farm Investors
c) You want to come to Alberta to establish or purchase a farming business.
